Magic Wands Mod for Minecraft 1.2.3

Magic, the only things that Minecraft doesn’t have.  For all those builders , destroyers, or even explorers would look onto Magic Wands. One of the most useful mod I think. This Magic Wands things completely solve all your issues in Minecraft! Who said Magic ain’t real? In Minecraft now they are  . Magic wands has many uses, you can use it in any way that makes your life better, but before going into the point.


Lets start off on how to craft’em: 

Easy ? Yeah but that’s just only how to craft’em. Now how to use them. Basically, there are three types of wands building, destroying, and mining. (as seen in the picture above) To activate them you must use it like a cuboid system. For those who doesn’t know what cuboid is, you must mark the 2 corners of the space where you are going to use the wands. Here’s a picture for explanation:

So there goes how to craft them and basic usage. Lets get in deeper with Magic wands. Each of the wands have there own usage, base on the picture above, on the lower corner you should see Hold X,C,V these are the action keys for each wand. I’ll show some to you ( If you don’t understand anything you can comment! ):

How to Download and Install Magic Wands Mod for Minecraft 1.2.3

1. Back up minecraft.jar
• minecraft.jar is in run/%appdata%/.minecraft/bin
2. Download and install ModLoader and then test minecraft.
• If you got black screen that means you screwed up download modloader or you forgot to delete META-INF.
3. If you test minecraft without getting blackscreen thats means a new “mods” folder should be generate. ( make new one if you don’t have one).
4. Drag the Magicwands zip into mods folder.
5. Play!

ModLoader 1.2.3

What is ModLoader ? ModLoader is working like a Mod manager for Minecraft. Risugamis, the Minecraft developer had released his latest version of ModLoader for Minecraft 1.2.3 . You will have to install the ModLoader before installing many of the Minecraft Mods.

How to Install ModLoader Beta for Minecraft 1.2.3 in Windows

1. Go to start menu (lower left corner) type in %appdata% and enter
2. Go to .minecraft/bin
3. Open up “minecraft.jar” using WinRAR or 7Zip
4. Copy and Paster or Drag and Drop files into the opened minecraft.jar
5. Delete META-INF folder in minecraft.jar
6. Run Minecraft 1.1 and Enjoy a new ModLoader !

How to Install ModLoader Beta for Minecraft 1.2.3 in Mac

1. Go to Application and open terminal.app
2. Type in the following line by line (after each line press ENTER)
   • cd ~
   • mkdir mctmp
   • cd mctmp
   • jar xf ~/Library/Application\ Support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar
3. Go back outside the terminal, you will see mctmp folder was created (by second line command “mkdir mctmp”).
4. Copy all the files in there and back to terminal
5. Type in these commands again line-by-line
   • rm META-INF/MOJANG_C.*
   • jar uf ~/Library/Application\ Support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar ./
   • cd ..
   • rm -rf mctmp
6. You’re done
